So it basically is a common web accelerator. But it’s for Broadband.
Not many web accelerators are good for broadband, as I have seen, and this is by Google! Who can’t get enough of Google software?

It’s an extension for Firefox and probably a toolbar for Internet Explorer.
Unfortunately, I have not tried to hack play around with and try Google Web Accelerator. This is because there are no more servers on Google that can hold the number of people that are using it.

How the heck does it work? Google has to do something with it! Hint: Google’s Search, oh my gosh, really?

How does Google Web Accelerator work?
Google Web Accelerator uses various strategies to make your web pages load faster, including:

• Sending your page requests through Google machines dedicated to handling Google Web Accelerator traffic.
• Storing copies of frequently looked at pages to make them quickly accessible.
• Downloading only the updates if a web page has changed slightly since you last viewed it.
• Prefetching certain pages onto your computer in advance.
• Managing your Internet connection to reduce delays.
• Compressing data before sending it to your computer.

Another thing that’s cool about Google Web Accelerator is that it has the ability to tell how much time you have saved. Now, me, I never like to waste time. Time is money and other things. So I would cry in tears of joy when I find out that I have saved 30 minutes of my precious time (100 minute limits) thanks to Google!

Okay, do any of you special visitors (thank you for visiting) have Windows XP Media Center Edition? You probably know you get this sweet, sleek skin called “energy blue” or “royale”.
Well, it’s not avaliable on Windows XP’s. Microsoft released a version for the Tablet PC’s, but not Windows XP’s.

But I found on Google Search “energy blue xp install” and “royale skin xp install” that you indeed can get it for XP! It is more like a leaked version….
Well, firstly. There was one you had to get the Tablet version and mod it and do stuff with it, but that would be kind of annoying. But I found on Softpedia, a great download site:

V1-agra, Herbal V1AGRA, etc, etc. I’ve sent an email (nicely) to the spammers nicely asking them to nicely stop.
No worries….
It is mostly on the Yahoo 360 invite post (duh) but Kitty’s Spaminator has kicked in.

If you see a spam comment, please ignore it and I will probably get to it as soon as possible.

The point is that my blog might get lots of traffic for the invites….and also lots of spam.
And when the invites go public, there goes the spammers but also the publicity. (Book of Shuai, 1:12)

On other unrelated news, I got my search function to work. (on the right side. I didn’t notice it until a month ago, is when I started tweaking with it)

What I hate:
I especially hate commercials, except when I need to refill the coffee. Here are some of the dumbest commercials.

Barbie and MyScene commercials. Do you want a Barbie? It’s My Scene.

Next: Reality TV.
Survivor. OOH! SURVIVOR! YAY! This is REALITY TV! Fools.

Fear Factor. This show used to be good, until it went old….and they started eating deer tes-never mind.

The Weakest Link. This used to be the best show on telivision, but now it isn’t, when the guy went in.

And, we must never forget, American Idol. This has to be the worst reality TV show ever. No plotline or anything. Just Simon being the way….he is. American Idol fans, do not fear, I am still a neutral person. (chuckle)

But there are good points of television.

Yeah! XPlay rocks. Yay. That’s all I have to say. Except this is where I try to find ways to spend my money on video games.

Judgement Day.
Judgement Day rocks too! This show is where I take a look at the equipment I want for my xbox ….

Icons.
Icons is a great way to learn about video game personalities and to learn more about some companies and games.

Cheat.
Cheat is the best show to find cheats!! Except their website cheats suck. I go to GameFAQs.com.

Discoveries This Week.
This is the BEST show on the Science Channel!! Discoveries that were made this week. Awesome show about innovation and science.

Download of the Month

Winamp 5.08 (I just got today!) has much more features than Winamp3 (of course). It is THE best media player out there. Not iTunes, not Windows Media Player. Winamp. Winamp, I say. Anyhow, it is soooo great that you can have extensions and stuff. I also like the skins. Next, its easy design and EQUALIZER! is awesome. I already customized my EQ .

The sound quality is exceptional. The sound quality is so good, I’m attached to my computer now because of Winamp
I do my homework here. I have invented a NEW LIFE for myself!
1. Unsleep computer.
2. Start Winamp and go to HitzRadio.com Shoutcast!
3. Start Trillian and login, etc.
4. Start Skype.
5. Start Scøøp Script mIRC.
6. Do homework.

And about the radio. HEY! Wait! iTunes has radio and so does Windows Media Player!
SO DOES WINAMP!
I’m on Firefox, so this is the routine:
Go to Winamp.com
Go to ShoutCast Radio.
Go to HitzRadio.com.
Open as Winamp.exe.
Listen!

The radio is awesome too. Winamp is the Download of the Month.
This may be a bit much, but it’s worth it!

Plus skins. WOW. So many good skins, and I got TITANIUM, MM3(which you have to upgrade to pro to use, this is a modern skin, but it is the BEST!) and Longhorn. I’m using longhorn now becuase it’s sleek and small.

For all you WinUtil users: the best way to listen to Winamp is to activate ANCHOR (always on top) and 50% transparency. This makes it the BEST.

I haven’t played with the preferences and options yet (which is bad, because I like to tweak and hack it like heck) but I’ll be sure to do it later.

There’s a problem that was just found out.
I found that the REGISTER button was not working.

Now, on the Title Bar, it said “C:\SHUAI.EXE. Register Please!” but there was no way to register.

I apologize for this inconvenience. I am sorting this out.

Actually, five minutes later after multitasking, I sorted the problem out. There’s another problem too….this infobar thing I made that looks like the IE and Firefox bar heh, it’s in the middle of the page, so just ignore it.

I’ll fix it later, now I have to go do some homework.
